Would you like to talk to a Counsellor right now? 

Counselling is a process where people are helped in dealing with their personal and interpersonal problems by a trained professional who will listen without making judgements, and who will help you find solutions to your anxieties.

Unfortunately in the past, arranging to see a counsellor has not always been easy. If you go to your GP and ask to see a counsellor it can takes weeks to arrange and by then the crisis may have escalated. Therefore if you would like to talk to one of a friendly team of professional counsellors now, ring the number below.

All the counsellors are members of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, so you can be sure you are talking to a professional. Counsellors are members of BACP and either BACP accredited or hold higher diplomas in counselling and are available from 8am -10pm seven days a week.
