| Description: |
This is a highly contagious illness which is common in children. The incubation period is 14 days; it begins with a mild temperature and small transparent spots on the chest which then appear all over the body. They are itchy blisters which scab over the isolation period can vary some schools insist on all the scabs being gone others allow children back after five days after the outbreak of the spots.
