This is a rare migraine headache which occurs in groups, occurring throughout the day, it is a very severe headache of a piercing quality near one eye or temple that last for between 15 minutes and three hours. The sufferer can experience drooping eyelids, red watery eyes, and a blocked nose. The symptoms can last for over a month and then not reoccur for several.
