Description:
This is not usually a condition which occurs in both ureters, it is an enlargement that occurs where the ureter (the tubes which transport urine from the kidneys to the bladder) meets the bladder and it bulges into a sac like protuberance. It can be congenital (present at birth) symptoms include repeated urinary infections, blood in the urine, stomach pains and difficulty with passing urine. The symptoms vary with each person and intensity.
