A dilation of the veins of the spermatic cord often this can go unnoticed although you may experience a dull ache in the testicle or a feeling of heaviness in the scrotum. The dilated veins in the scrotum can be felt but the condition is usually harmless and no further action would be taken unless it is causing extreme discomfort.
